Privacy Policy

We collect only what our apps need to work, we never sell personal information, and we don't show third-party ads. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

Who we are

Giant Creative Services, Corp ("Giant", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in [State of incorporation], United States, with its registered office at [Registered address, City, State ZIP]. This policy covers our website (giantcreativeservices.com) and our apps and platforms: TeeClub, La Lista (published as "La Lista QR"), SuiteGo, ECOS and SmartDrive GPS (together, the "Services").

Our role

Most of our Services are used by businesses — golf clubs, event organizers, motels, connectivity providers and companies with vehicle fleets (our "Clients") — who give access to their members, staff, guests or customers.

  • When a Client uses our Services, we process personal information on the Client's behalf and under its instructions, as a service provider or processor. The Client decides what information is collected about you and is responsible for it. If you are a member of a club or a guest at an event, you may also contact that Client directly.
  • For our website, our own sales and support, and our Client accounts, Giant decides how information is used and is responsible for it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), profile photo and language.
  • Information you create in the apps: bookings, scores, tournament registrations, orders, tickets, guest lists, room and stay records, notes and messages.
  • Messages to us: what you send through our forms, email or support channels.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, crash reports and the screens and features you use.
  • Activity log: our systems record the actions taken in each account (for example, who created, changed or cancelled a record and when). We use this log for security, audits and to fix errors.
  • Notification tokens: an identifier that lets us send push notifications to your device, if you allow them.
  • Location: only in the apps and situations described below, and only with your permission. You can turn it off in your device settings.
  • Camera: only to scan QR codes when you choose to. We do not store the camera images.

Information from others

  • From our Clients: for example, a club may load its member list or a handicap, or an organizer may upload a guest list.
  • From payment processors: confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • From Apple and Google: if you sign in with them, the basic profile details you agree to share.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
  • To create and secure accounts, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To send service messages and the notifications you choose to receive.
  • To give support and reply to your requests.
  • To understand how the Services are used and fix errors.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
  • With your consent, for other purposes we explain at the time.

We do not use your personal information to show third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

  • With the Client whose Service you use (for example, your club or the event organizer).
  • With service providers that help us run the Services under contract and only for that purpose — cloud hosting and databases (Google Cloud and Firebase), push notifications (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging), email delivery, payment processing, website hosting and crash reporting.
  • With other users, as the Service requires — for example, your name and score on a tournament leaderboard, or your name on an event's guest list.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with the law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of people and of Giant.
  • In a business transfer — such as a merger or acquisition, under this policy's protections.

Retention

We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize its information unless we must keep part of it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Deleted data is removed from backups as those backups expire.

Security

Each Client's data is kept separate from other Clients' data, either in its own database or with per-Client access controls enforced by the database. We encrypt data in transit, store passwords only in hashed form, limit access to the people who need it and record activity to detect misuse. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information and your account;
  • Get a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do neither);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the Services);
  • Appeal our decision on your request.

These rights include those granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other U.S. states. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, write to privacy@giantcreativeservices.com or use the account deletion page. We will verify your identity and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission.

You can also turn off location, camera and notifications at any time in your device settings, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.

California "Shine the Light": we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a Client registers an account for a minor (for example, a junior club member), the Client must obtain any consent the law requires. If you believe a child gave us information, write to privacy@giantcreativeservices.com and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and serve Clients in the United States and Latin America. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate, with safeguards that protect it as described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, if the changes are significant, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
